The Origin Collection
The ORIGIN collection embodies the fabric of the Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux wine region, with the gentle fingerprint of our sandy & fine gravel terroir. With intimate knowledge of our land and grape varieties, we have trialled and successfully proven that our varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot have a natural home in the the hills of St Palais.
This collection celebrates our direct lineage with our parents & grand- parents winemaking skills. These wines demonstrate the diversity and the great quality of easy drinking wines from Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

The Signature Collection
The SIGNATURE COLLECTION represents a collection of classics and exciting wines. Together with the skills & experience that Jérôme Eymas brought of making wine in prestigious properties in Australia, Chili, Switzerland, Champagne & Côte Rô- tie & the winemaking heritage that his father and grand-father transmitted, that leads to the creation of own distinctive style.
The Grappe Diem is crafted from a patchwork of tiny, old and much loved vineyards of exquisite Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The best of our fruit, from vines that are among the oldest in our vineyard, is carefully selected. These wines are appreciated for its fruit expression and elegant & silky medium tannins.
To celebrate the entry in the 20th century we have released something special from a hidden a single plot of vine located in the hills of St Palais : our rare & fine wine that we called Secret.
